Natural and Organic: It Makes a Difference

Simply put,

"Natural" is animal, vegetable or mineral.
"Organic" is animal, vegetable or mineral - but without chemicals or additives.

So many of us eat not what is good for us, but what is expedient. We leave those lovely vegetables that looked so wonderful when we grew or bought them to wilt away in the refrigerator bin because we "...got home too late to fix a salad."

We have to find a better way to treat ourselves better to compensate for the fast and stressful lives that we lead. Here's how:

There are some great products out there that can help us do something good for ourselves.

Herbal Supplements - that will give us the nutrients and minerals that are missing from our diets, that will give us the antioxidants to keep our immune systems strong; the vitamins, like B-6, that will keep our minds sharp; the fiber that will keep our bodies healthy and in balance, that will provide our bodies with what they need so that we won't crave the foods we don't.

Organic Personal Care Products - that are not loaded with unsafe chemicals to be absorbed into our bodies

Uplifting and Motivating Books - that will feed us, shield us and comfort us

Take a moment and look at the products listed to the right ------>

Treat yourself! You deserve it!
